Update from 2022: Summer again helped us out, this time with the sale of our house in Storke Ranch. As mentioned above, we had worked with her once before, and returned to her because of the great experience we had previously. She gave us expert advice on staging, and held very successful open houses. She new exactly the price to ask, and within a week we had two offers for asking price. Throughout, she was thoughtful and responsive. Highly recommend!

She was right we received multiple offers over asking price and when the first accepted offer fell out of escrow she had secured a back up offer just in case and we sold the home on our original timeline. What could have been a major hiccup went forward without any issues.
